Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders typically take about 4-8 business days to be sent out. As I ship and package orders myself, your patience is greatly appreciated, as I run Hello Spring Co alone.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email.

If you did not receive a shipping/tracking confirmation, please email me at contact@hellospringco.com so I can send it to you manually.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times are dependent on where you're located in the world

Please allow 1- 2 weeks for US orders after shipping.

Please allow 2-6+ weeks for International orders after shipping

Due to the COVID-19 situation, postage delays are to be accepted. Please keep your tracking information for updates! If you haven't received your order for more than 30 days, please get in touch with me with your name and order number to contact@hellospringco.com

How much is shipping?

First Class Mail (2-5 Business Days) - $3.00 USD

This delivery method DOES NOT provide a tracking number. You may select Priority Mail to ensure the delivery of your package!

USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days) - $9.00 USD

Canadian Shipping

First-Class Mail International (3-10 Business Days) - $6.00 USD

International Shipping

First-Class Mail International (7-21 Business Days) - $9.00 USD

I have an issue with my order.

Please send an email with your order number (you can find this in your email confirmation) and a description of the issue to contact@hellospringco.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

My digital download is gone!

No worries; this happens if you're checking out via the phone.

Just send a screenshot of your order (or your name and order #) to my email, and I can manually send you the digital files.
